PRO Teams are groups of professionals who get together several times a month in order to connect with and share targets and opportunities with their Teammates. While membership on a PRO Team is exclusive (so that competitors cannot be a part of the same PRO Team), visitors from any profession are welcome. The goal of PRO is to give individuals an opportunity to develop strategic partnerships, not to pressure individuals to pass referrals. We encourage members to maintain successful strategic partnerships outside of the PRO organization as well, and members are always instructed to make referrals based on the best fit, not based on who is "in your group." We have found, however, that when strategic partners on a PRO Team meet on a regular basis to strategize on how they can help each other, the vast majority of introductions made are within that Team.
PRO Teams have the flexiblity to determine how often they meet. Each PRO Team can decide to meet weekly, bi-weekly or semi-monthly, and make changes to that schedule as they deem appropriate. Below you will find information on our existing PRO Teams, as well as information about those currently forming.
